Flood Damage along Heritage Trail and the Little Maquoketa drainage basin. Heritage Trail was hit hard East of Budd road where it took out 1/2 of the trail in a 50ft area and two of the bridges in that area. The Eastern end of the trail was covered with 8 inches of mud in numerous locations and has 6 foot of debris on the train bridge that crosses the Little Maquoketa. The flash flooding also took out part of Cedar Ridge Road and heavily flooded the Durango crossing area.
